We wish to introduce to the public our vision of what this part of Brač Island in Croatia could be.

Featuring spectacular views, miles of vineyards, orchards, olive and fruit trees and vegetable gardens, this is a location for those ready to spend their days and years in complete serenity. With an observatory, tasting rooms, social areas and domestic products it has everything needed for a relaxing, fun and healthy stay.

What once was barren and burned land will become a space of biodiversity and domestic food production. By using the techniques and principles of eco-design, agroforestry, and regenerative agriculture the area will be transformed into five integrated homesteads meant for life and work interconnected with nature. The parcels are meant to become household farms with olive and fruit orchards, vineyards, medicinal and aromatic gardens as well as domestic animals such as sheep, chicken, donkeys and bees. Farms will also have access to social amenities like a boccie terrain and children’s playground as well as a reception point, glamping points, parking and a local produce shop.
